Miracle City Church began as a movement to reach people in our city with the eternity-changing message of Jesus Christ. Our heart has always been to become a people who encounter the presence of God throughout our everyday lives and live on mission to be a blessing to our city in the name of Jesus.
Our mission is to love God by helping more people follow Jesus Christ.
Our Story
Miracle City Church first opened in 2016 as the Loring Park campus of Wooddale Church before officially being commissioned and planted as Wooddale’s 10th daughter church in 2023.
We believe God can rewrite any story and change every broken situation through the miracle of a relationship with Jesus! Our city has been known by many names over the past years, but we believe God knows Minneapolis by a new name – Miracle City. We love our city and are committed to serving our neighborhood and seeing the fullness of God’s plan for Loring Park and Minneapolis.
Our vision is to Reach, Equip and Send leaders to partner in the Great Commission.
Our Beliefs
“We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God – true God and true man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, lived a life without sin and offered Himself as a perfect sacrifice to pay for our sins. Jesus rose from the grave bodily and ascended to the Father.”
Our Leadership
Miracle City Church is governed by our Board of Elders and led by our team of Pastors. Trent Palmberg is the founding and Senior Pastor of Miracle City. Trent and his wife Lindsey are passionate about helping people know Jesus, grow deeper in their faith and live an authentic lifestyle that goes all-in on Jesus in their generation. He loves to teach the Bible in a practical and dynamic way to equip and encourage people to live for God today. They live in Minneapolis with their son Finn.
From day one, our heart has been to help people like you experience what it means to follow Jesus. No matter where you’re coming from in faith and life, we hope you find a home here with us at Miracle City!
